EveryMatrix announced another major acquisition that will further bolster its position as a leader in gaming content. The latest deal saw the business acquire Goma Gaming, a front-end solutions specialist.
Goma Gaming Will Bolster EveryMatrix’s Front-End Capabilities
In its announcement, EveryMatrix described Goma Gaming as a front-end expert with some 20 years of experience in product design and digital UX. By adding the latter company to its portfolio, EveryMatrix will bolster its front-end capabilities with a business that has previously served both the sports betting and casino sectors and has worked with a variety of tier-1 brands.
As part of the EveryMatrix family, the Goma team will remain a standalone unit that supports the broader front-end division. The former company said that it will upscale Goma Gaming to provide additional bandwidth and capabilities to the group’s sports and casino products. As a result, EveryMatrix’s clients can look forward to more superior experiences that will truly dazzle their customers.
According to the announcement, Goma Gaming’s UX player experience platform has already proven its quality by delivering strong results for a variety of tier-1 operators. The front-end specialist’s products have helped a variety of businesses enhance their player retention and engagement with an average margin improvement of 30%.
The Deal Will Enable the Businesses to Grow Faster
Representatives celebrated the M&A arrangement. Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix’s co-founder and group chief executive officer, highlighted the importance of continued front-end improvements. While the group has already made huge strides, creating bespoke sites for some of its biggest clients, the acquisition will further speed up its improvement process.
The addition of Goma means we will immediately have more front-end firepower to deploy and deliver to both existing and new sports and casino turnkey customers who require differentiation that moves the dial when it comes to higher retention, engagement, margin and revenues.

Groes added that he is glad to welcome the Goba Gaming team to the EveryMatrix family.
Andrew Brown, Goma Gaming’s chief executive officer, was similarly pleased with the transaction. Although he was proud of Goma’s recent progress, he pointed out that the acquisition by EveryMatrix will equip his team for even faster growth.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way and enabled us to get us to this stage. We can’t wait for the next phase of our journey as part of EveryMatrix.
