Digitain Names IT Heavyweight Mary Ann Calleja as Chief Product Officer

Digitain, a leading sports betting and casino platform provider, has further enhanced its leadership team with a new appointment. The latest addition to the company’s C-suite is Mary Ann Calleja who will serve as the company’s new chief product officer.

Calleja Joins Digitain as CPO

Calleja was described by Digitain as a seasoned IT and iGaming industry veteran who is well familiar with the sectors’ intricacies. She has also spent six years in senior product leadership, providing her with plenty of product experience.

As Digitain’s new chief product officer, Calleja will be responsible for the continued quality of Digitain’s products. In her position, she will shape the company’s product vision and will lead the strategic development and expansion of its cutting-edge portfolio.

Calleja will furthermore be tasked with overseeing a multidisciplinary team of product managers, designers, business analysts, and data specialists. As such, she will ensure that Digitain continues to innovate and enhance its products.

Digitain said that the appointment is consistent with the company’s continued mission to “deliver advanced, scalable, and partner-centric solutions for a rapidly evolving iGaming industry.” Thanks to her experience, Digitain will be able to remain ahead of the curve when it comes to offering sports betting and iGaming solutions.

Calleja’s appointment as CPO comes a few months after Digitain appointed Aida Vardanyan as CEO of its Malta unit. As CEO of Malta, Vardanyan was tasked with overseeing the company’s local hubs, which support Digitain’s global business operations.
