According to the announcement, Circa Sports Kentucky’s latest location will be at The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs in Franklin

Gaming powerhouse Circa Sports is set to expand its US footprint with a brand-new location in Kentucky. Set to open later this year, the operator’s latest location will make history, becoming Kentucky’s largest retail sportsbook.
A Cutting-Edge Sportsbook Is Coming Later This Year
According to the announcement, Circa Sports Kentucky’s latest location will be at The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs in Franklin. The new venue is set to open this summer and will become the state’s biggest retail location for fans to place bets.
Among other features, the sportsbook will feature over 5,100 square feet of space, allowing fans to enjoy the latest sporting events comfortably. The comfort will be further amplified by 113 stadium-style seats, luxury recliners and booth-style seats.
As for the events, fans will be able to follow the hottest sports action on an 80-foot-wide LED screen with a 31-foot-wide odds board displaying the freshest odds in real-time. The sportsbook will also feature a Vegas Stats & Information Network (VSiN) Broadcast Studio that will feature various sports pundits daily.
Fans who are looking forward to placing wagers at the new sportsbook will be able to do so at one of five staffed kiosks, one of which will be ADA-accessible. In addition to that, the venue will feature four self-service kiosks, along with three additional self-service kiosks in The Mint.
A Haven for Bettors in Kentucky and Tennessee
Derek Stevens, chief executive officer of Circa Sports, called the upcoming launch of this sportsbook a “significant milestone” for the company. He added that fans are already thrilled about the opening, with bettors from Nashville, Tennessee, preparing to visit once the book launches.
Stevens added that it has been a pleasure to work with The Mint, which has proven to be a reliable ally.
Together with The Mint, we’re creating a high-tech betting destination that will bring a new level of live-viewing excitement for customers across both states. The Mint has been an exceptional partner in turning this vision into reality, and we look forward to welcoming guests later this year.
Derek Stevens, CEO, Circa Sports
Johan Mirkovic, VP and general manager of The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs, was likewise pleased with the agreement, saying that the new sportsbook will further enhance the already rich selection of amenities offered by the hall.
Mirkovic added: “This region, spanning the Kentucky-Tennessee border, is a true sports enthusiast’s haven. The upcoming Circa Sportsbook will elevate the experience, offering the area’s premier viewing venue for all your favorite sporting events—no matter where you are.”
