Chalkline and PlayUp USA to Provide Free-To-Play Content to Devils Fans
PlayUp USA has signed a deal with Chalkline to offer free-to-play content to New Jersey Devils fans prior to its platform launch in March.
Chalkline has inked a supply deal with PlayUp USA to provide its free-to-play games as part of the online betting operator’s sponsorship agreement with the NHL New Jersey Devils. PlayUp USA will release its real-money sports betting platform and app in March and has signed this deal with Chalkline to engage the hockey team’s fans prior to the launch.
Chalkline will deliver free-to-play gaming content for every single Devils match, featuring player props, odds, and tie-breakers.
PlayUp USA’s strategy features deals with the biggest teams and betting companies as it quickly expands its footprint in the US, the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Laila Mintas noted. “The New Jersey Devils typify that and having a strong partner on our free-play site like Chalkline only solidifies what we are trying to achieve in New Jersey,” she added.
PlayUp USA Off to a Good Start
According to Mintas, this collaboration with Chalkline fully allows PlayUp USA “in making an immediate impact on [its] sponsorship activation” via the quick and efficient launch of free-to-play contests. She commended the gaming provider’s “knowledge and experience“, as well as its “turnkey games platform and BettorBI reporting and analytics tools.”
Moving into the US and New Jersey markets in “a big way”, PlayUp USA is off to a good start in the state by engaging the beloved NHL team, Dan Kustelski, the CEO of Chalkline, declared.
“We’re looking forward to delivering Free-to-Play games with picks and player props with live odds every single time the Devils take the ice in the 2021 season.”

PlayUp and the Devils Signed a Multi-Year Deal in January
PlayUp and the New Jersey Devils announced their multi-year sponsorship agreement in mid-January after the Australian operator received an online wagering license in the state. This is PlayUp’s first deal with a US sports team.
The Las Vegas-based branch of the premium online wagering entertainment group is the presenting partner of the team’s recently revamped PlayUp Studio and of the pre-game live show, which runs before all NJ Devils home games. Every show is broadcasted live on YouTube and Facebook, and PlayUp offers free-play on its platform PlayUpUSA.com everywhere in the US.
As part of PlayUp’s strategy to reach a bigger audience across the US, sports fans can now see the operator’s branding displayed all around the Prudential arena during nationwide streams of all home games.
