Brian Christopher Blasts New Slot Game That He Interprets to Make Fun of LGBTQ Community
The supplier has been known for its bold and often testy designs meant to provoke as well as excite players – no more, says arguably the world’s most prominent slots influencer

Brian Christopher, the man behind BC Venture and arguably the most popular slots influencing channel, Brian Christopher Slots, appreciates a good laugh as much as the next person, and perhaps even more.
Brian Christopher Believes Wicked Games’ Slot Is in Poor Taste
However, what he doesn’t appreciate is bashing minorities, which is what he believes a game by innovative slot developer, Wicked Games, is all about.
The game that has prompted the slots personality to step forward and criticize the company’s practices is called “Transformers,” and while this may evoke imagery of a sultry summer with Megan Fox, the title’s name is a play on words, insinuating that a male athlete purposefully transitioned to compete against women.
The game itself does not attack the LGBTQ+ community outright, but it may be suggestive in some ways. For example, the base game has symbols such as L, G, B, T, and Q in the base game, and – somewhat provocatively – a bonus feature can reveal a purposefully blurred genitalia, which is a bit much, but it is in line with Wicked Games’ ability to provoke and catch players’ eye for the comical.
Not so much, according to Christopher, who spoke to iGaming Expert, commenting on the game and criticizing the designer’s taste and execution:
“There is no place for a game like this in the casino gaming space, or anywhere for that matter. To use words referring to a trans character as ‘lunatic’ and ‘chemically-enhanced’, and then going on to misuse pronouns, is disrespectful on so many levels.”
He used the opportunity to argue that the gambling industry as such did not ostracize any communities, but also thought that, because such a game was created, it is also a reminder that more can be done to ensure that biases are overcome.
Keep Gaming Respectful and Inclusive
According to him, the game was a blatant attack on the LGBTQ+ community and for his part, Christopher said that he would not play it – ever – nor team up with anyone who has developed it or promotes it. Igor Samardziski, CEO at Wicked Games, rebuffed the critic and said that he didn’t believe the game was an outright attack on that group.
Christoper said that to him, the company’s choice to develop this game was a “major red flag” and he urged stakeholders to keep gambling inclusive and respectful.
