Bilzerian Backs Iran, Slams Israel Amid Rising Middle East Conflict
Dan Bilzerian is drawing fire again, this time for backing Iran’s military strikes against Israel and accusing President Donald Trump of being in lockstep with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
High-profile social media personality Dan Bizerian, known for showcasing his wealth and poker winnings, is back in the spotlight.
This time around, the reason is not his usual Instagram antics, but another series of controversial comments on the Holocaust and the growing conflict between Israel and Iran.
Bilzerian Supports Iran
Despite his Armenian heritage, a people who suffered their own genocide during World War I, Bilzerian has denied that gas chambers were the primary cause of death for Jews during World War II.
Instead, he’s claimed most died from disease and starvation, a stance widely condemned by historians.
A vocal critic of Israel, Bilzerian took to social media, where he boasts tens of millions of followers, to express support for Iran’s retaliation following a surprise Israeli attack.
The conflict escalated after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu launched “Operation Rising Lion,” targeting suspected Iranian nuclear sites.
Human rights activists based in Iran report that 722 Iranians have died since the Israeli strikes began, while Iran has reportedly fired over 450 missiles in response, killing 24 people.
Amid the chaos, Bilzerian made no secret of his approval for Iran’s actions. On X, a platform where he has more than two million followers, he wrote bluntly, “I love that Israel is getting f****d up. It’s like watching a long movie of a bully picking on defenseless people with the satisfaction of watching him get his ass beat at the end.”
Blizerian on Trump: “He Can’t Say No to Netanyahu”
The tension further intensified after the United States bombed three Iranian nuclear facilities overnight.
Bilzerian weighed in with sharp criticism of President Donald Trump, suggesting he is under Israel’s influence.
“Trump bombed Iran, looks like Elon was right, they must have him on tape with kids, he can’t say no to Netanyahu,” he tweeted, referencing conspiracy theories surrounding Trump and Jeffrey Epstein’s scandal.
Trump’s decision to strike Iranian sites, including Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan, came amid growing pressure from influential backers like Dr. Miriam Adelson, a billionaire casino magnate and staunch supporter of Israel.
Trump justified the strikes from the White House, emphasizing Iran’s history of hostility: “For 40 years, Iran has been saying ‘death to America. Death to Israel.’ They have been killing our people… I decided a long time ago that I would not let this happen. It will not continue.”
Trump’s decision to strike Iran has, as expected, drawn sharp criticism, especially from lawmakers who claim he broke his promise to avoid “stupid wars” in the Middle East.
At the same time, both Democrats and a few Republicans also questioned whether he took things too far, arguing that only Congress is officially entitled to declare war.Meanwhile, on the betting platform Kalshi, odds of Trump facing a second impeachment have ticked up to 48%, as the fallout from his decision continues to unfold.
