BetDex Exchange Launches with Solana Mainnet for Better Wagers

BetDex has launched its exchange on the Solana mainnet blockchain platform and is already accepting real money wagers just in time for the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. BetDex argues that its platform offers sports fans a much better experience as it won’t charge any fees placed on FIFA World Cup games, thus offering better profit margins.

Commenting on this launch, BetDex co-founder CEO Varun Sudhakar said that the announcement marks an important development in the history of the company as it seeks to create brand-new experiences for sports fans across the world. Sudhakar added:
The Solana mainnet launch is an incredible milestone for BetDex and one our community has been patiently waiting for. We are excited for our users to have real stakes in the game, and we couldn’t imagine a better time to do so than during the World Cup.

BetDex’s exchange operates under an Isle of Man license and it focuses on countries in Africa, Asia, South America and Europe. Sudhakar welcomed what he saw as an important step forward for BetDex Exchange, which has cleared regulatory approval and is able to deliver excellent sports betting opportunities in the context of Web3 technology.
Isle of Man head of eGaming Abby Kimber also welcomed the launch and said that it was a pleasure to see BetDex clear the regulatory prerequisites set out by the regulator. “We are excited to be at the forefront of technologies like blockchain while maintaining our reputation as a highly regulated jurisdiction that prides itself on player protection,” Kimber noted.
Earlier today, BetU announced the launch of a next-generation sports and casino betting platform inspired by blockchain and the company’s own cryptocurrency token, $BETU.
