BetConstruct Debuts Mobile Back Office to Strengthen Experience

A new mobile back office offer will strengthen BetConstruct’s portfolio of products and extend further quality-of-life experience to casino and sports partners.

BetConstruct Banks on New Mobile Back Office Experience

BetConstruct has upped the ante for its mobile back office offering adding more manpower and tech prowess to bolster support for its sportsbook and casino platform partners. With an integration of a newly-minted mobile back office, BetConstruct expects to improve the support experience for all stakeholders who have signed for the company’s sportsbook and casino products.

BetConstruct can provide an in-depth and actionable overview of turnover, bets, sportsbooks and casinos performance. Specifically, the arrival of a new mobile back office is a reflection of the company’s philosophy to create a product that dovetails perfectly with the goals of its business partners and delivers solutions that bring meaningful impact for partners.

More Partnerships for BetConstruct

BetConstruct partners will have access to numerous tools under this new integration, including support and operational solutions. The latest move is another addition to an already strong year with BetConstruct adding four mini-games to its portfolio to mark the year’s beginning.

Commenting on the arrival of the new games, BetConstruct head of engineering Karen Gulkanyan said that the company has taken four player-favorite games, to name Hokm Pasoo, Penality and Okey, and given them a fresh twist.

These games, Gulkanyan believes, will help BetConstruct reach new audiences and give a revitalized push to the company’s existing portfolio. BetConstruct has been pursuing new technological opportunities for months now.

In December, the company teamed up with Xsens, a developer of 3D motion capture solutions to boost BetConstruct’s existing virtual sports portfolio and give it a new, “ultra-realistic” twist.

BetConstruct believes that its partnership with Xsens will facilitate the process of developing a virtual sports product and reduce costs. Earlier in January, BetConstruct teamed up with BetShah, granting the operator access to BetConstruct’s over 45,000 available sports markets.
