Bazaar Meat Set to Reopen at Las Vegas Venetian
Many original team members are making the transition as well, so longtime patrons can expect to see familiar faces both behind the bar and on the dining floor

According to the José Andrés Group, Bazaar Meat is set to reopen on September 4 at its new location in the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort. The popular Las Vegas restaurant closed its venue at the Sahara on July 31, 2025, in preparation for the move.
Bazaar Meat to Re-Open With Renewed Menu
Bazaar Meat’s new location will be situated on the lower level of the Palazzo, occupying the space previously used by Dal Toro Ristorante, which housed the restaurant and car museum. The restaurant will unveil an all-new design while preserving its signature live-fire grills that helped establish Bazaar Meat as a destination for theatrical, meat-centric dining.
Many original team members are making the transition as well, so longtime patrons can expect to see familiar faces both behind the bar and on the dining floor. The expansive tasting menus will also mark a return. Patrons will be treated to José Andrés’ favorites, including crispy caviar cones, beefsteak tartare, and the signature Washugyu bone-in rib-eye, a prized cross between Japanese Tajima wagyu and Black Angus. Executive Chef Frank Medina will also debut new dishes tailored to the updated space, though those additions remain under wraps for now.
The relocation south to a more central section of the Strip also puts the restaurant in closer proximity to the resort’s sprawling convention space, the Sphere, and a more heavily trafficked gaming floor. Speaking of the Sphere, it’s rumored Metallica will take residency there in 2026, so who knows, maybe after a concert, the world-famous band will have steak at the restaurant in the future.
Officials Comment Further
Sam Bakhshandehpour, global CEO of the José Andrés Group, believes that the changes underway at the Venetian will significantly impact the overall Las Vegas landscape, particularly in the food and beverage scene. He explained that the group saw this as the right moment to relocate, viewing the move as an opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformation and among the leading names entering the property.
Chef José Andrés described Bazaar Meat as one of his favorite restaurants to recommend, calling it a unique blend of dinner and spectacle and a true celebration of carnivorous indulgence. He said the concept is “larger than life,” and added that the new location at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort will take things even further, calling it “almost more Vegas than Vegas.”
Reservations for the high-end restaurant are now open ahead of the official September 4 reopening at the Venetian.
