Australian B2B powerhouse Aristocrat is reportedly looking to acquire electronic table game expert Interblock. According to The Australian, this deal, which some have predicted previously, is currently in the works.

According to The Australian’s report, Aristocrat has onboarded Macquarie Capital to facilitate the deal. The news outlet further suggested that the value of the deal might be north of $1 billion. Some experts go as far as claiming that the total value might reach as much as $1.3 billion.

The Australian suggested that the deal should be in the final stages of negotiation. It confirmed that it reached out to both companies involved in the alleged transaction but failed to receive a response, suggesting that non-disclosure agreements might already be in place.

In any case, experts generally agree that if an announcement is to be made, it would happen during Aristocrat’s upcoming investor day in May 2025.
