Online gaming provider Aristocrat Interactive, via its NeoGames subsidiary, has signed a six-year contract with the Michigan Lottery. Under this agreement, the supplier will arm the lottery with its full iLottery product suite.
An Evolution of NeoGames’ Relationship with the Lottery
The partnership, effective from July 2026, will see Aristocrat Interactive power the Michigan Lottery with cutting-edge online lottery services. The supplier added that the six-year agreement has the option for six additional one-year extensions.
The partnership represents a natural evolution of NeoGames’ relationship with the lottery. The company, which is now owned by Aristocrat Interactive, signed its first agreement with the Michigan Lottery in 2014, supporting its iLottery program with its iLottery product stack.
The new agreement will expand on that relationship, providing the Michigan Lottery with a variety of attractive products, such as eInstant games, draw-based games and add-on offerings developed by the NeoGames Studio. At the same time, the lottery will continue to leverage NeoGames’ cutting-edge iLottery products, including:
- NeoSphere player account management platform
- NeoDraw draw games system
- NeoCube Business Intelligence solutions
- NeoEngage – Aristocrat Interactive’s overall customer and data experience solution
Aristocrat Will Allow the Lottery to Remain Ahead of the Curve
Additionally, Aristocrat Interactive has agreed to provide the Michigan Lottery with both a new website and a new mobile app. To that end, the supplier will onboard the capabilities of Gambyt, a software company specializing in the lottery, casino, and sports betting industries.
Aristocrat Interactive will also lead the lottery’s customer relations management marketing and will be responsible for the Michigan Lottery’s promotions and customer communications. To top it all off, Aristocrat will deliver managed services such as staffing, a customer service center, payments management, third-party integration, compliance, and responsible gameplay solutions to the lottery.
This deal is notably Aristocrat Interactive’s second consecutive US contract.
The Michigan Lottery Was One of the US’s iLottery Pioneers
Representatives weighed in on the matter, with Aristocrat Interactive’s managing director, Chris Shaban, calling the Michigan Lottery a “trailblazer” in the US due to the fact that it was among the first states to pioneer eInstant games in its iLottery offerings. Since then, the lottery has sought to remain ahead of the curve in terms of innovation.
This multi-year agreement is a testament to the proven strength of the Aristocrat Interactive platform, our commitment to innovation, and the long-term value we provide to our customers.

Suzanna Shkreli, a commissioner for the Michigan Lottery, was likewise pleased with the tie-up, calling it a sign of the lottery’s commitment to remaining at the forefront of iLottery innovation and generating funding for prizes and public education in the state.
Shkreli praised Aristocrat as a reliable partner, saying: “Aristocrat Interactive has a proven track record of providing the industry’s leading technology, comprehensive player services, and engaging content for lotteries around the world. We’re confident this new deal will help us continue to be a leading innovator in this exciting digital space.”
