Aristocrat Boosts Anaxi via Roxor Gaming Acquisition
Aristocrat Leisure Limited, a global gaming content and technology provider, announced a senior-level promotion and strengthened its real money gaming (RMG) operations by finalizing the acquisition of Roxor Gaming, a leading business-to-business (B2B) RMG supplier

Initially, the takeover of the B2B RMG supplier was announced back in September 2022. After securing all of the necessary gaming regulatory pre-approvals, Aristocrat revealed Friday it has finalized the takeover.
Per the acquisition, Roxor Gaming will boost Anaxi, Aristocrat’s online RMG business operation. As a result of the new takeover, Anaxi will benefit from Roxor’s content publishing technology, as well as remote game server operations. Ultimately, this takeover is expected to significantly strengthen Anaxi’s operations and contribute toward its growth within the iGaming vertical.
Mitchell Bowen, Anaxi’s CEO, shared his excitement about the acquisition and said that it is thrilling to see Roxor join the Aristocrat family. According to him, the addition of the B2B RMG business will significantly help the platform and boost its growth ambition. Finally, Bowen said: “The Roxor team is exceptionally talented, and we look forward to growing together.”

Besides finalizing the acquisition of Roxor, Aristocrat announced a senior-level appointment. Coinciding with the news about the acquisition, the company promoted Tracey Elkerton to the position of chief compliance officer (CCO) to its Executive Steering Committee (ESC). In her new position, Elkerton is going to report to Aristocrat’s CEO, Trevor Croker.
“Tracey Elkerton’s appointment to our ESC is another step forward in Aristocrat’s long-standing commitment to excellence in governance and will help further strengthen our compliance culture.“

Sharing his excitement, Croker said that the promotion marked an important moment for the company’s strategy. Moreover, he explained that Elkerton brings a wealth of experience which she will leverage to help benefit the growth of the company and the interests of its stakeholders.
“I look forward to her expanded contribution going forward and congratulate Ms Elkerton on her elevation,“
