According to the announcement, a lucky player at the MGM Springfield casino won some $10,331.70 playing the Coin Trio Royal slot. The prize was won on a $1.76 bet, once again proving that players do not need to be high rollers to return home richer.
This victory is one of the latest at the MGM Springfield casino and follows a jackpot-rich April. In that month alone, MGM Springfield handed a total of $12.1 million in prizes through 25 jackpots. The latest prize for the month of April stood at $105,383.65 and was won from the Lightning Link slot.
The latest winner suggests that the jackpot streak will continue into May, providing more players with the opportunity to win big. This was further highlighted by a recent $11,551 jackpot at the property. This sum was won on a $2.64 bet by a player who was firing up the reels of a Gold Stacks 88 machine.
Other Players Secured Big Prizes
In the meantime, MGM Springfield just announced another major jackpot, saying that a lucky player has won $122,000 playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em poker. The casino elaborated that the prize was won with a Royal Flush and congratulated the winner.
Speaking of poker wins, a player at the Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas just won a total of $381,013 after drawing one of the strongest hands in the game of Pai Gow poker. The player in question drew a 7-card straight flush, which consists of seven cards of the same suit in a sequential order.
This win was scored on Star Wars day and the casino congratulated the player accordingly, saying “May the 4th be with Nestor!”
For context, the prize included the $376,013 progressive jackpot, as well as $5,000 which the player won with his Fortune Bonus bet.
