TSO Gaming Consultancy Adds Seth Young as Managing Partner

The Strategy Organization (TSO), a company that specializes in offering actionable advice to gaming and hospitality firms, is bringing Seth Young as its new managing partner. Young will be an important member of the team owing to his 15 years of related experience within the interactive gaming and technology sectors. 

Bringing a Seasoned Veteran on the Job

His professional expertise spans numerous organizations within the sector, and not least Fifth Street Gaming Digital, where he worked as chief strategy officer. Young is joining directly from PointsBet, where he served as chief innovation officer and where he will stay with the company as an advisor.

Young Spearheads the Digital Growth of Brands 

The experience acquired with PointsBet has allowed him to hone his skills as an expert on digital activations in the sports betting and online casino sectors. He is credited for the strong growth PointsBet has experienced in the US. Young has also worked as director of online gaming at Foxwoods Resort Casino and has held several other high-profile stints in the industry.

He has also been distinguished in the Innovation Group’s Emerging Leaders of Gaming Award and Global Gaming Magazine’s 40 under 40 in 2018. Commenting on Young’s addition to the team, TSO founding partner Josh Swissman said that his team and he were happy to welcome the new managing partners. “Seth greatly strengthens and complements our abilities as an organization,” Swissman said, adding that Young is a person that will allow the team to learn and grow.
