Sports.com Inks Deal with Data Sports Group

Lottery.com’s freshly formed subsidiary Sports.com has inked a new multi-year partnership with Berlin-based leading provider of sports content to brands, media companies, and digital publishers Data Sports Group. The exclusive deal will allow the subsidiary of the popular technology company with a focus on lotteries to offer sports-focused content generated by Data Sports Group. Online publishes of digital content from all parts of the world will be granted access to the fresh content.
Major Sports Events & eSports Coverage
Sports.com will get access to content from major sports events and leagues including the Olympic Games, the National Football League, Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, and the Professional Golf Association, along with a plethora of esports contests. Sports.com users will be provided with real-time results, in-game scoring, team rosters, event schedules, league standings, and tables, to name just a few of the available coverage. The sports data content will become available for mobile and web platforms and it will be covered in multiple languages.
Data Sports Group’s chief executive officer Sowbhagya Shett spoke about the new partnership, expressing their excitement for being chosen as the partner of Sports.com’s first sports data platform. Sheet added that Lottery.com had already proven its understanding of the “tremendous value of sports results and sports content” in the international digital content industry. Data Sports Group added they were looking forward to offering its world-class sports data to Lottery.com’s expanded list of current clients in digital media, along with potential new clients in the US and other parts of the world.
Lottery.com Continuing Its Long History
Lottery.com’s chief executive officer Sohail Quraeshi spoke about their intention to carry on their long-standing tradition and history of offering lottery results to global digital publishers and content aggregators. Quraeshi also expressed delight regarding the fresh partnership with the Data Sports Group for their “first solution under the exciting new Sports.com brand,” while looking forward to offering a sports data solution with a focus on Return On Investment that is meant to fill up the existing void in the market. By combining the two solutions, both brands are expected to gain more strength.
Data Sports Group specializes in providing video, editorial, and data services to eight sports that cover more than 800 worldwide competitions. All products are available in either XML Data Feeds or custom Turnkey Solutions.
Lottery.com allows users of its mobile and online platforms and commercial partners located both in the US and outside to safely and legally buy online lottery tickets for licensed games. The Sports.com subsidiary was created on November 15 and it was registered in Texas on November 19. Lottery.com plans to file more name registrations under this name in other US and global jurisdictions. At the beginning of the month, Lottery.com’s chair Richard Kivel announced his resignation.
