Spelinspektionen Greenlights BGaming’s Launch in Sweden
Sweden is renowned for its strict rules and the license therefore attests to BGaming’s commitment to compliance
BGaming, a leading provider of iGaming content, has secured entry into the lucrative Swedish market. The company said that it is looking forward to dazzling local players with some of the best games it has to offer.
The Company Grabbed a License in the Country
In its official release, BGaming confirmed that it has secured a license from the Swedish Gambling Authority, Spelinspektionen. The company added that this achievement marks a “significant milestone in its ongoing European expansion.”
Thanks to the latest license, BGaming will be able to launch its cutting-edge games in Sweden, allowing local players to see what the fuss is all about. As a result, local operators will be able to incorporate fan favorite games such as Merge Up and Aztec Clusters into their platforms.
In addition to that, players and operators in Sweden can look forward to a variety of upcoming games that expand the BGaming portfolio.
BGaming’s products are already available in several European markets, in line with its regional push. The company believes that the Swedish market will offer many opportunities, due to its high standards.
An Important Opportunity for BGaming
Antanina Ivanova, BGaming’s head of legal & compliance, was excited about the launch in Sweden. She reasserted the company’s statement that this latest license marks a significant milestone for its expansion in key European markets.
Ivanova added that Sweden is renowned for its strict rules and that the license therefore attests to BGaming’s commitment to compliance.
Our team is always working to ensure full compliance with the highest regulatory standards, and being granted entry into one of the industry’s toughest markets is a testament to this. We look forward to partnering with leading operators in Sweden and introducing our distinctive gaming experiences to local players for the first time.

BOS Asked Sweden to Streamline Approvals for Innovative Products
In other news, the Swedish Trade Association for Online Gambling (BOS), which speaks on behalf of 18 gambling companies and providers, just asked the Spelinspektionen for simpler and smoother approval procedures for innovative online casino games.
The BOS explained the need for detailed guidance on newer formats, such as crash games, arcade-style formats, video bingo, and socially interactive live casino experiences and game shows.
