Revpanda explained that the M&A deal opens an exciting new chapter for the group

Revpanda, an all-in-one digital marketing agency, has announced its acquisition of Leetz Media, another advertising specialist. The tie-up has resulted in the former company evolving into Revpanda Group.
Revpanda Evolves Into Revpanda Group
The acquisition, according to Revpanda’s official announcement, marks the union of two “well-established companies that have consistently delivered top-tier results in the iGaming industry for years.” Revpanda further added that the deal opens an exciting new chapter for the group.
As a company that is already known for its experience in the online casino sector, Revopanda seeks to continuously bolster its capabilities. It explained that the arrangement is in line with its ambition to become “the ultimate traffic powerhouse,” driving exceptional performance for its iGaming partners.
Revpanda, for context, has won multiple awards thanks to its content-driven retention and localization capabilities, SEO traffic acquisition tools and PR expertise. The company’s Payment Method Testing, Block Monitor and Conversion Rate Optimisation services further highlight its product excellence.
Leetz Media, on the other hand, is an experienced affiliate marketing expert, which now constitutes as Revpanda Media. As a business offering “exceptional affiliate marketing,” Leetz Media will allow Revpanda Group to deliver enhanced value to its iGaming partners. The acquisition, Revpanda elaborated, will drive product improvements and enhance player value through retention.
