Netflix House Heads to Las Vegas, Bringing Fan-Favorite Shows to Life
This newest interactive theme park will allow fans to experience their favorite fictional worlds in a brand new way, with frequent content updates ensuring they come back for more
Las Vegas is set to bring a new type of attraction that focuses less on jackpots and more on jump scares, romance, and pirate treasure hunts. Streaming giant Netflix has confirmed its plans to open up the ambitious Netflix House concept on the Strip, creating a permanent location for its fans to dive into the worlds of Stranger Things, Wednesday, Squid Game, ONE PIECE, and other original shows.
Netflix House Will Offer a Comprehensive and Immersive Experience
Slated to open in 2027 at BLVD Las Vegas, Netflix House offers more than branded merchandise or photo ops. Spanning over 100,000 square feet, the interactive experience will include intricately designed sets, interactive games, themed restaurants, and virtual reality experiences inspired by Netflix’s biggest franchises. Fans won’t only be watching their favorite shows; they’ll be experiencing them.
Philadelphia and Dallas will host the first two Netflix Houses, launching later this year. In each location, guests will be able to completely immerse themselves in scripted environments and engage with storylines pulled straight from the screen. The Philadelphia site will open with Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts and ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit, while the Dallas site will feature Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials.
Las Vegas, with its reputation for spectacle, seems a fitting location for the most ambitious version of the concept. However, Netflix won’t have the field to itself. Universal is building its own year-round horror-themed experience, Universal Horror Unleashed, right next to AREA15. Lionsgate is also getting in on the action with a John Wick-themed action experience, also located within AREA15.
The Venue Should Further Elevate Vegas as a Leading Entertainment Destination
To excel amid the expected stiff competition, Netflix is betting on depth over novelty. The streaming platform aims to maintain its theme park offerings fresh, frequently updating attractions to reflect its evolving library. At the heart of all three venues will be Netflix Bites, a casual restaurant with show-themed dishes, cocktails, and desserts.
Netflix chief marketing officer Marian Lee was excited about the Netflix House project, describing it as a way for fans to transcend simple binge-watching and interact with the stories they love. Unlike seasonal pop-ups or limited-time activations, the House will be a permanent fixture with regular updates, drawing in longtime fans and first-timers alike.

While streaming platforms continue to fight for audience attention on screens, Netflix is chasing an unusual ambition: relevance in the real world. If successful, the Netflix House in Las Vegas could also mark a vital step toward diversifying the Strip’s offerings. Such family-friendly options should draw a more diverse customer base, cementing Vegas’ position as a unique entertainment destination.
