MGM Launches Fountain Club for Elite Non-Gaming Guests
MGM Resorts’ fresh Fountain Club provides VIP access to private dining, premium events, and luxury suites to high-end visitors who are there for more than gambling
The largest casino operator on the Vegas Strip, MGM Resorts, has rolled out an “exclusive suite of elevated privileges” designed to “enhance every moment” of big spenders who are not there to gamble.
Fountain Club by MGM: What to Expect
Invited members of MGM’s new Fountain Club will be able to use their cards to unlock “a collection of rare experiences across MGM Resorts’ most iconic destinations in Las Vegas”.
The list includes a variety of such destinations, including private dining opportunities as well as hidden cocktail lounges and even behind-the-scenes access at the operator’s “world-class entertainment venues.”
The elite rewards program is only reserved for a limited number of guests, promising to connect them to the city’s “most sought after moments.”
Highlights include custom concierge services courtesy of the Fountain Club Team, invitations to exclusive events and unique experiences, priority reservations at popular dining venues, and access to presale tickets and premium seating for hand-picked events that usually gather a big crowd.
Fountain Club members will also benefit from the opportunity to book exclusive rooms and luxury suites, alongside complimentary plane tickets with hotel reservations, VIP arrivals and check-ins, and priority reservations at spas, salons, and pools.
Following “Long-Standing Trend” Among Visitors
“The development of the Fountain Club reflects a long-standing trend we’ve seen among Las Vegas visitors who are increasingly drawn to non-gaming experiences from luxury accommodations and dining to entertainment and events,” explained Joey Wattoo, MGM’s chief marketing officer.
“The program underscores our ongoing commitment to recognizing and rewarding these valuable guests by unlocking elevated access to exclusive amenities and experiences.”, Wattoo added.
The operator also offers dozens of more MGM Rewards Tier Benefits like guaranteed lowest room rates, waived resort fees, bonus slot dollars, annual cruise benefits, $100 Tier Celebration Credit, and more.
Some MGM Rewards benefits tied to a certain Tier Status require a minimum number of Tier Credits based on spend. Members must also be at least 21 years old to join, and they must be MGM Rewards members to participate in the Fountain Club program.
