Keene Revo Casino Donates $20K to Support Keene Senior Center Programs

Keene Revo Casino has donated $19,569 to the Keene Senior Center in New Hampshire, an organization that helps sustain programs, meals, and services for local residents aged 50 and older.

Keen Senior Center Receives $20K from Keene Revo Casino 

Keen Senior Center executive director Kim Rumrill stated that the generous support received from the Keene Revo Casino is helping the organization meet its $324,000 annual budget at a time when many small nonprofits are facing significant financial challenges. She expressed deep gratitude for the casino’s continued commitment to the center’s mission.

The Senior Center provides a diverse array of programs for New Hampshire residents aged 50 and older, including fitness and yoga classes, card and board games, and daily hot lunches. It also runs Cheshire Village at Home, a membership-based program offering transportation, assistance with small household tasks, and opportunities for social connection.

Keene Revo Casino general manager Cesar Sierra, who presented the funds to the Senior Center, noted that the casino’s contribution reflects its broader commitment to New Hampshire’s Charitable Gaming program, which allocates a portion of its proceeds to support local organizations.

Keene Revo Casino Has Worked on Other Charities As Well

The casino has contributed over $9.1 million in charitable gaming funds to 255 nonprofit organizations across New Hampshire as of July 2025. Social House’s Rebels With A Cause charitable program is one major partner of Keene Revo Casino.

The casino has said that both organizations are committed to making a difference by supporting nonprofits that provide essential care to some of the state’s most vulnerable populations who rely on their services.

Donating to charitable causes also benefits the casino as well as it elevates its social standing and promotes its business. However, recent changes in the state’s laws will also benefit Keene Revo Casino, as New Hampshire gave a green light to casino expansions thanks to a new bill, which will lift limits on video lottery terminal (VLT) installations. This will allow venues to install as many VLTs as they want, boosting casinos’ offerings tremendously.
