JCM Global Deploys Bill Validator Solution Across 1.9K Games at Gun Lake Casino Resort

JCM Global, a world leader in transaction and payment technologies, announced that it has upgraded some 1,900 electronic gaming machines at Gun Lake Casino Resort with its iVIZION bill validator. This comes shortly after the company upgraded 1,400 slot machines at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino.

JCM Upgraded 1.9K Games at Michigan Casino

Yesterday, JCM Global confirmed the upgrade of 1,900 games at Gun Lake Casino Resort, a gaming and hospitality property in Wayland, Michigan. The machines will now leverage the iVIZION bill validator to protect the casino from fraud.

For context, iVIZION boasts a state-of-the-art Contact Image Sensor technology to scan more data points than competitor bill validators without sacrificing speed.

In its announcement, JCM called this upgrade the “next step” in the casino’s tech roadmap. In addition to that, Gun Lake’s casino already uses the payments company’s GEN5 thermal printer and the Intelligent Cash Box system, highlighting the management’s trust in JCM’s solutions.

Louis VanBelkum, the property’s director of slots, was pleased to deploy iVIZION across the entire casino floor. JCM’s senior vice president of sales, marketing, and operations, Dave Kubajak, was similarly excited about the launch of the bill validator across 1,900 games at Gun Lake Casino Resort. 

This update is the latest step in our technology roadmap with Gun Lake, which will help the casino operate at maximum security, efficiency, and with the highest levels of customer service.

JCM Completed a Similar Upgrade at a California Casino

As mentioned, this comes shortly after JCM completed a similar upgrade at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California, installing iVIZION on more than 1,400 games. As a result, the resort’s entire casino floor now utilizes the cutting-edge solution.

Sean Emel, director of slots at the casino, was pleased with the upgrade and pointed out that his team has been working with JCM for over two decades and is impressed with the provider’s latest technology.

Kubajak commented on that upgrade too, saying that the upgrade cements Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino as one of Central California’s top casinos. He said: “The Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino has been voted the best casino in Central California for 18 years for many reasons, and JCM is honored to continue our partnership with the property.”
