According to the announcement, Incentive Games has secured a license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Thanks to this, the company will be able to immediately launch its products in the market, capitalizing on the growing demand for online gaming in Ontario.

As one of North America’s biggest online gaming markets, Ontario will provide significant opportunities to Incentive Games, allowing it to form meaningful partnerships with many companies.

In addition to providing Incentive Games with opportunities to grow, the latest license attests to the company’s commitment to compliance and safer gambling since, as Canada’s largest gaming market, Ontario sports strict rules on operator and supplier conduct.

Ontario iGaming Experiences Seasonal Slowdown

Speaking of Ontario, the province recently disclosed its iGaming figures for May, revealing a slight decrease in monthly revenue due to the usual summer lull.

Data shows that the total wagers placed were 10% down to CAD 7.26 billion for May, resulting in total iGaming revenue of CAD 307 million, down 9% month-on-month.

Despite the apparent month-on-month setback, the May 2025 revenue exceeded the one recorded in June 2024, although it fell short of reaching the CAD 8.07 billion recorded in May 2024.
