Hard Rock Atlantic City Details $50M Renovation Project

Hard Rock Atlantic City has unveiled plans for major renovations that would significantly improve its hospitality offerings. In addition to refurbishing hundreds of new rooms, the renovation would also renovate various corridors and pathways.
Hard Rock Prepares to Renovate Hundreds of Rooms
The renovation of Hard Rock Atlantic City’s hotel come less than a decade after the construction of the property and, according to the leadership, exemplify Hard Rock’s ethos of offering cutting-edge experiences to guests.
The project is expected to cost $50 million and will see Hard Rock Atlantic City renovate some 700 rooms, as well as 60 suites and 8 penthouses in its North Tower. Additional improvements include the installation of a new carpet on the casino floor and second-floor corridor.
That’s not all, however, as Hard Rock Atlantic City also plans to add new dining options, including the addition of Sitar, an East-Indian restaurant offering modern Indian cuisine, and a Federal Donuts and Chicken.
Hard Rock Atlantic City hopes to wrap up the renovation works by the end of 2026.

Hard Rock to Make a Foray into Puerto Rico
The news comes shortly after Hard Rock unveiled plans for a casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in collaboration with Misla Hospitality, Stonecrest Investment Management, and The Interfin Companies.
Designed by Klai Juba Wald and CMA Architects, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino San Juan is an $850 million project, the construction of which is slated to kick off in mid-2026. The property seeks to capture the local spirit and bring world-class hospitality to the region.
The complex will include a hotel, casino and entertainment complex, fostering stronger tourism, generating economic benefits and creating many new jobs. According to Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González-Colón, the new attraction will cement the island as an “ideal destination in the Caribbean — a destination for tourism, living, and global investment.”
