Former GiG CFO Justin Psaila Joins White Hat Gaming
Psaila’s extensive leadership experience should help the company bolster its US presence and leverage emerging opportunities as more states legalize iGaming

White Hat Gaming, a leading B2B provider in the iGaming industry, has announced the appointment of Justin Psaila as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Psaila brings nearly a decade of experience from his tenure at Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), where he served as CFO since July 2015. He should provide valuable input and help elevate White Hat’s offerings above the competition.
The New CFO Has an Impressive Track Record
Psaila’s iGaming career stretches back to 2007 when he joined Betsson Group as a management accountant. During his eight-year tenure, he honed his financial expertise and gained substantial knowledge of the iGaming sector. Psaila’s efforts paid off in 2015 when he became CFO of iGaming Platform and Sportsbook solution provider GIG.
His time at GiG saw Psaila hold a pivotal role in overseeing operations as he reported directly to the group CEO. Following his significant successes with GiG, he was excited to begin a new chapter in his professional journey. Managing White Hat’s financial operations should provide Psaila with a fresh challenge and allow him to employ his talents in a new and dynamic environment.
After an incredible and wonderful ride at Gaming Innovation Group, I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Financial Officer at White Hat Gaming!
Justin Psaila, White Hat Gaming CFO
Psaila will likely attempt to recreate his past successes with GiG, accelerating growth, optimizing expenses, and advancing the company’s strategic financial initiatives. He stressed the importance of providing management with accurate financial reporting, ensuring they can make informed, effective business decisions, which can lead to long-term value generation.
White Hat Aims to Bolster Its US Presence
Psaila’s appointment comes as White Hat Gaming prepares for further expansion, particularly in the United States market. January saw the company conclude a milestone partnership with BetMGM, providing the operator with its brand-new Win Spins promotional tool. The timed exclusivity of this collaboration means White Hat can derive maximum value from the partnership without sacrificing market presence.
As Psaila joins White Hat Gaming, he will be instrumental in aiding the company’s mission to drive iGaming innovation by ensuring it has a stable financial foundation. He was excited to apply his financial expertise to drive White Hat Gaming’s success in the online gaming industry, particularly in unlocking the group’s full potential in the US market.
With Psaila’s appointment, White Hat Gaming aims to strengthen its financial leadership and capitalize on the growing opportunities within the rapidly expanding US iGaming market. The company has found substantial success with its PAM products, concluding partnerships with Bally’s and the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, setting the stage for continued success.
