FanDuel Steps Up the Game in Time for March Madness

New Features Await

The NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament, better known as March Madness, is among the key events in the American sporting calendar. Because of that, FanDuel announced an exclusive tournament feature that allows customers to combine picks across multiple rounds into a single parlay.

This feature will be exclusively available on FanDuel, providing unparalleled flexibility to players. It would also mark the first time customers can build parlays that include bets from multiple rounds of the tournament and transform their brackets into bets.

In addition to that, players will be able to benefit from a new Bet Back Token that allows them to cancel a bet that isn’t going according to plan. According to FanDuel, this token can be applied “right up to the buzzer.” Once it’s activated, it will return the wager amount in Bonus Bets, up to the maximum refund specified in the customer’s promotion.

This token will be available for use on any college basketball game from March 17 onward.

FanDuel added that sports aficionados can begin building their tournament parlays once the bracket is set on Sunday, March 16. It emphasized that the new features are exclusive to its sportsbook.

In other news, the American Gaming Association (AGA) just published its basketball betting estimates for 2025, saying that it expects American sports fans to wager $3.1 billion on basketball alone. The association justified this figure with the expansion of sports betting across the US and the launches of new betting markets.

The AGA added March Madness will remain an important driver for basketball betting.
