EveryMatrix Enjoys Stellar Fourth Quarter and 2022 Results
The leading B2B iGaming technology, content, software and solutions provider for the online gambling industry, EveryMatrix, released its fourth quarter and annual results for 2022, reporting strong growth

Released Thursday, the company’s latest report revealed that in Q4, 2022, its revenue hit €39.5 million ($43.2 million). This result marked a significant 66% increase when compared to the corresponding period in 2021. Gross profit for the fourth quarter of 2022 increased as well, hitting €19.4 million ($21.2 million), up by 39% year-over-year.
Not unexpectedly, EBITDA jumped too. EveryMatrix revealed that EBITDA in Q4, 2022 was €6.9 million ($7.5 million), representing an increase of 81% when compared to Q4 in 2021. EBITDA margin for the period was 36%, while the company also reported net cash of €24.1 million ($26.3 million).
Highlights for the fourth quarter of 2022 included partnerships with 28 new clients. Moreover, during the period, EveryMatrix won the tender for the Hungarian Lottery in fierce competition with 25 bids. This collaboration was the second largest in value for the company.
Additionally, during the fourth quarter, EveryMatrix expanded its US-facing presence by going live with its first customer in the country, BetMGM. Besides licenses in New Jersey and West Virginia, the company also secured a license in Michigan, boosting further its US footprint.
2022 Was the Best Year for EveryMatrix So Far
On the other hand, EveryMatrix enjoyed strong year-over-year growth for 2022, judging by the recent figures. The revenue reported by the company last year soared by 47% hitting €127 million ($138.8 million) when compared to 2021. Similarly, gross profit for the period increased to €65 million ($71.1 million), 26% higher than the 2021 result. In 2022, EBITDA increased as well, hitting €23.3 million ($25.5 million), up 23% year-over-year.
Overall, EveryMatrix reported growth within all business segments that included sports, casino and platform. The record financial performance for Q4 and 2022 marked the best result since the company’s foundation 15 years ago.

He predicted that EveryMatrix is positioned well for further growth and acknowledged that it continues to invest in its future. Finally, Groes commended the efforts of EveryMatrix’s dedicated team of employees who went to great lengths to help the company grow significantly in 2022.
