Entain Reports Improvements Across the UK, US, and Brazil

Global sports betting and gaming leader Entain announced that it has accelerated its product innovation strategy by rolling out several new features and updates across three key markets.

Entain Continues to Enhance the Fan Experience

In its official announcement, Entain announced that it has launched a series of new features and enhancements across the United Kingdom, US, and Brazil. Among other things, Entain rolled out faster withdrawals, next-gen BetBuilder tools, live same-game parlays, app performance upgrades, and localized features.

Entain noted that the new features and enhancements are a testament to the company’s commitment to delivering excellent localized experiences to its players.

Entain Listed the Improvements

In its official announcement, Entain listed the improvements that fans in the UK, US and Brazil can look forward to. These include the following:

• Enhanced speed and reliability – According to Entain, the performance of its website and apps has been significantly improved. In addition to that, the company said that most of the withdrawals are processed in under a minute, ensuring smoother experiences.
• Next-generation BetBuilder – Entain said that its soccer BetBuilder has led to an 80% spike in pre-match turnover and has doubled its share of turnover to 12% in markets where it is available. The product has now been enhanced with the addition of the Opta-powered In-Play BetBuilder, which allows customers to build bets during live games
• Live same-game parlays in the US – Entain’s American player base can now enjoy live same-game parlays for the MLB and NFL, with NBA parlays to be released very soon. The parlays are available on BetMGM in partnership with Angstrom.
• Quacca Bar for Ladbrokes and Coral – Entain described this as a game-changing feature that allows players to build, edit, and place multiples and BetBuilder bets without leaving the app. The company added that some 60% of all bets with the two brands are placed via the Quacca Bar.
• Localized features in Brazil – Entain has further highlighted its commitment to offering content tailored to local players by introducing a variety of localized features, including Fantasy Markets, AccaBoost, in-play-soccer BetBuilder and Stats Pro. In addition to that, Entain has enhanced its offering in Brazil with the addition of live bet tracking.
• Gaming expansion – Entain added that it continues to release as many as 150 new games a month, 20% of which are early-access or exclusive titles

Entain’s chief technology officer, Satty Bhens, commented on the update, saying that it highlights unprecedented strength in Entain’s sportsbook product.
