Bragg Gaming Reports Cybersecurity Incident
The breach came shortly after Bragg Gaming published its financial results for the second quarter of the year.

Bragg Gaming Group, a leading B2B provider of content and technology to the global iGaming industry, has announced a cybersecurity incident. Bragg added that there has been no indication that any personal information was affected.
No Personal Information Has Been Leaked
In its official announcement, the provider said that it became aware of the cybersecurity incident early in the morning on August 16, 2025. The data breach, Bragg said, seemed to have been limited to the company’s internal computer environment.
As of the time of the provider’s announcement, there had been no indication of personal data leaks. In addition to that, Bragg was certain that the breach would have no impact on its ability to operate. The company further stated that it has not been restricted from accessing any data that has been subject to the breach, effectively ruling out a ransomware scenario.
Ransomware, for context, is a type of malware that restricts companies from using data, with hackers usually requiring a ransom before releasing that same data, thus the name.
Bragg Asked Its Partners to Be Patient
In any case, Bragg Gaming said that it has taken immediate steps to mitigate any potential impact from the breach. Among other things, the provider has onboarded cybersecurity experts to assist it with tackling the issue and rectifying the breach in accordance with industry best practices.
The company reiterated its commitment to protecting the data of its clients and asked them to remain patient while the issue is being resolved.
Bragg is committed to data safety, is taking the matter very seriously and asks its customers and partners for their patience as it seeks to remediate the situation.
Bragg Gaming Group statement
The company promised to publish updates on the matter as developments occur.
Bragg Published Its Q2 Update
The breach came shortly after Bragg Gaming published its financial results for the second quarter of the year. In its report, the company highlighted an increase in revenue to $30.4 million and a decline in adjusted EBITDA to $4.1 million.
Despite certain setbacks, Bragg said that it remains focused on higher-quality earnings. The provider anticipates full-year revenue of $123.4-126.3 million, as well as adjusted EBITDA of $19.2-21.5 million.
