BetParx Teams up with Pavillion Payments for Real-Time Transactions
The prominent sports betting, online casino, and brick-and-mortar brand has teamed up with Pavillion Payments to streamline the payment process across its various gaming platforms
Announced on Tuesday, the partnership will integrate Pavillion Payments’ cutting-edge real-time payment solutions into BetParx’s platforms.
Pavillion Payments Brings Real-Time Payment to BetParx
Pavillion Payments supports RTP and FedNow networks, providing customers with a streamlined experience that facilitates payouts and deposits without a moment’s delay.
BetParx has been working to strengthen the quality of its payment solutions, facing stiffer competition, and the arrival of novelty solutions in the payment sector, including cashless transactions, which have proven a draw for some patrons.
Commenting on the opportunity to incorporate the Pavillion Payments solutions, BetParx COO John Dixon said in a statement that he was pleased to see this alliance formed, as the operator is dedicated to providing its patrons with the best possible experience, and this extends to the payment system available, and how fast customers can access their winnings.
“By partnering with Pavilion Payments and implementing their Real-Time Payments solution, we are able to meet our patrons’ expectations for instant payouts, enhancing their overall gaming experience,” Dixon noted.
The real-time payment solution is the focus of the partnership, as it allows the company to ensure that player funds are transferred in a matter of minutes, which is crucial to retention and engagement.
Pavillion Payments’ support of the aforementioned FedNow and RTP networks means that the company has access to various financial institutions and services, which further streamlines and expedites the process.
Still, if a patron’s account cannot use the RTP or FedNow systems, they will receive a payment via Same-Day ACH, to ensure that the process remains agile, flexible, and ultimately to the benefit of the customer.
Boosting Customer Confidence through Real-Time Payments
Pavillion Payments SVP of iGaming Brian Clayton has welcomed the opportunity to work closely with another prominent iGaming and betting brand in the United States, and did not miss the opportunity to hail the significance of the Real-Time Payments solution which builds trusts, instils transparency, and leads to stronger business results on balance.
“This feature directly addresses a common concern among patrons: while deposits are instant, withdrawals should be too. By partnering with BetParx, we’re ensuring that their customers can enjoy not just a seamless deposit experience but also the instant access to their funds that they expect and deserve,” Clayton added.
In the meantime, BetParx and Pavillion Payments will make sure that customers are duly notified of all transactions and build a transparent operational model that allows patrons to be in the loop.
