Arkansas Lottery Player Wins $500K via Scratch-Off Ticket
According to the ASL, two more $500,000 top prizes remained on the 200X the Win instant game following the win

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery (ASL) has handed a significant prize to yet another lucky winner. According to the lottery, Michael R, of Dumas, has won $500,000 playing the $20 200X the Win instant game.
Michael Won the Game’s Top Prize
The winning ticket, according to lottery officials, was sold at Dumas Mart on 225 Highway 65 S. in Dumas. The winner purchased the ticket on his way to work and was surprised to win such a huge sum. Michael, the ASL added, visited the lottery Claim Center on July 19 to receive his prize.
Michael, lottery officials elaborated, purchased the ticket as part of his daily lottery-playing routine. An ASL regular, the Dumas man has a deep love for the lottery’s products, especially its Fast Play Games and its $20 instant win tickets. True to his preferences, Michael selected a 200X the Win ticket, turning his $20 wager into a $500,000 payday.
The $500,000 Michael won, the lottery noted, was the ticket’s top prize. According to the ASL, two more $500,000 top prizes remained on the 200X the Win instant game following the Dumas player’s win.
Michael Will Continue Playing
In an interview with lottery officials, Michael said that his girlfriend and mother were the first he thought about his win. His mother happened to be sleeping at the time he called to inform her. Jumping out of bed at the news, the woman was surprised and, at first, skeptical that Michael might have been lying.
The $500,000 prize was unlike anything Michael had previously won. As a regular player, he had previously won several $1,000 prizes but had never imagined he’d actually win $500,000.
Excited about the prize, Michael said that he would use the money to pay off his house. Despite the significant win, the player expressed his intention to continue playing regularly.
Earlier this month, other players in Arkansas won significant sums, including a player who grabbed some $600,000 from the Natural State Jackpot game. The Florida Lottery, meanwhile, reported that a Fantasy 5 game player has won $111K from the Fantasy 5 game.
In other news, a shop clerk in Tennessee just tried to deprive a lottery winner of their winnings by lying to them and appropriating their ticket.
