A lucky player in Arizona has won a huge prize just in time for Thanksgiving and the winter holidays. The lucky ticket awarded the fortunate lottery enthusiast with a prize of $12.8 million.
The Prize Comes Just in Time for the Holidays
According to the Arizona Lottery, a player in Scottsdale won the latest jackpot from the lottery’s The Pick game. The win happened during Monday’s drawing, cementing the lucky player as Arizona’s latest millionaire.
For context, the winning numbers for the November 24 drawing were 3, 13, 14, 15, 19, and 26.
As mentioned, the game’s prize had reached a staggering $12.8 million, promising the winner an unforgettable Thanksgiving and winter holidays. This was also the fourth-largest jackpot in the history of The Pick.
According to lottery officials, the winning ticket was bought from the Circle K on the southeast corner of 56th Street and Bell Road.
In addition to the jackpot winner, 10 players won prizes of $2,000 each. Some 645 players secured smaller prizes of $50 each, while 10,786 players won $3.
The prize pool has subsequently been reset to $1 million, with the next drawing set to take place on Wednesday, November 26.

In other news, the Mega Millions jackpot survived another drawing after failing to elect a winner of the $70,000 prize pool.
