Bombay Group, a subsidiary of Yolo Group, has unveiled major appointments to its leadership team, including a new chief marketing officer and a new chief digital officer. The appointments come at an important time for the growing luxury brand.
Bach to Strengthen Bombay’s Brand Identity
According to the announcement, the experienced Rhiannon Bach and Lauren Findlay will join Bombay’s C-suite as CMO and CDO, respectively. The two will bring significant experience to the company’s team as its growth journey continues at a rapid pace.
In her new position, Bach will be tasked with leading Bombay Group’s global marketing and advertising. As a result, she will be responsible for the Bombay Clubs, as well as the maritime operations of the Bombay Yacht and Jet and the company’s hospitality offerings.
As CMO, Bach will work on strengthening Bombay Group’s brand identity, improving the guest experiences and bolstering VIP engagement in key markets. To that end, she will leverage her 15 years of experience in senior roles within the casino, hospitality and tech sectors.
Bach’s prior experiences include roles at leading casino operators in Macau, Australia, and the US.
Findlay to Transform Bombay’s Digital Ecosystem
In the meantime, Findlay will be responsible for Bombay Group’s fresh online casino brand, Yolo.com. As someone with 15 years of combined experience in the iGaming, agency, and e-commerce sectors, she will continue the digital transformation of the group’s digital offerings.
Among other things, Findlay will also turn Bombay’s luxury offline ecosystem into a “seamlessly integrated premium digital experience.”
Findlay has previously served leading gaming companies, such as LeoVegas Group, where she drove the group’s commercial strategy.
The Appointments Highlight Bombay’s Commitment to Excellence
Kevin McGowen, Bombay Group’s chief executive officer, welcomed Bach and Findlay to the Bombay executive leadership team and lauded their robust experiences, which will underpin the company’s future strategy.
The combined and extensive international backgrounds of both individuals and proven track record make these executive appointments exceptionally well-suited to lead Bombay’s digital and marketing strategies as we continue to expand globally.
