A lottery trust in Massachusetts has turned a gas stop visit into an unforgettable $4 million payday. This came after a trust member purchased a 100X ticket at a gas station in Lowell.

Candy 2025 Trust of Lowell Secured $4M Prize

According to the announcement, the Candy 2025 Trust of Lowell, an organization based in the Massachusetts city, won a staggering $4 million from the 100X instant ticket game. According to lottery officials, the winning ticket was sold at Pete’s Gulf at 185 Woburn Street in Lowell, which is set to receive a $40,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

Trust representative Nikki Caplis visited the lottery HQ to claim the prize. The Candy 2025 Trust of Lowell opted to take the lump sum option and, as a result, received $2.6 million before taxes.

It should be noted that $4 million is the top prize players can win from the 100X instant game. When the game launched, it featured a total of three $4 million top prizes. As of the time of this writing, two of these top prizes have been won, leaving only one remaining.

The Candy 2025 Trust of Lowell beat odds of 1 in 5,376,000 to secure the incredible jackpot. In the meantime, the chance of winning any prize, including break-evens, is 1 in 3.51.

In addition to the single top prize remaining, players can also win one of the five $1 million prizes remaining or one of the 142 $10,000 prizes left.
