Konami Gaming and Kaizen Gaming have teamed up for a new partnership in Brazil, which has been hailed as a significant success by the two companies. For Konami, this is an opportunity to not only break ground into a new geography but also showcase its products to a vastly different audience.
Konami Leafs New iGaming Page in Brazil and Latin America
The partnership is established with Betano, a licensed local online casino and betting brand owned by Kaizen Gaming, which will see the arrival of many classic and modern Konami slot games, among which are China Shores, Fortune Mint, and a number of others. In welcoming this opportunity, Tom Jingoli, Konami Gaming Inc. president and chief operating officer, had this to say:
“The first-ever Brazilian debut of Konami’s popular casino games is a significant milestone for our iGaming division, and our global company as a whole,” said Tom Jingoli, president and chief operating officer at Konami Gaming, Inc.
He welcomed the opportunity to see the company expand into the iGaming vertical in Brazil, particularly, taking its experience in land-based meccas of gambling such as Las Vegas and Macau and bringing it to audiences in Brazil.
Betano players will have the opportunity to explore such popular Konami blockbusters as All Aboard Piggy Pennies, Cobra Hearts, and African Diamond, among many more. The partnership was similarly welcomed by Evangelos Dedoulis, director of product, gaming, and rewards at Kaizen Gaming.
He hailed the arrival of the new portfolio: “Our focus on delivering the most exciting, innovative, and responsible online gaming experiences has been integral to establishing Betano as Brazil’s market leader. We constantly enrich the variety of games available, offering options found on no other platform. Such is the case now, as we become the first operator in the country to launch real-money Konami slots.”
Company Focused on Maintaining Global Momentum in iGaming
Eduardo Aching, VP of iGaming & international gaming operations at Konami Gaming, was similarly pleased with the opportunity to bring the company’s 20-plus years of experience to local markets.
“Through close cooperation and shared action, Konami and Kaizen Gaming have taken a partnership that began in Canada’s real-money gaming sector and expanded it to one of the largest emerging markets on the globe,” Aching explained, confident that Konami’s momentum in iGaming will only continue to build up.
