Kalshi Onboard Pro Golfer DeChambeau as Its First Ambassador

Kalshi, an up-and-coming prediction markets operator, has formed its first professional sports agreement, onboarding the pro golfer Bryson DeChambeau as a brand ambassador. In an official statement, DeChambeau praised Kalshi for its approach to innovation, saying that it is building “something completely different.”

The Two-Time Major Champion Joins One of the Top Prediction Markets

On social media platform X, Kalshi confirmed the partnership with the professional athlete, saying that he will be the platform’s first athlete partner and sports ambassador.  

We’ve signed 2x Major Champion Bryson DeChambeau as our first athlete and ambassador. Bryson’s content will integrate Kalshi markets to his audience of millions in an industry first partnership.

Under the agreement, Kalshi will add an official selection of event contracts for developments tied to DeChambeau’s career. These will include predictions on how many course records he will break in his YouTube series.

In addition to that, DeChambeau will extensively promote Kalshi’s brand and will appear in dedicated TV and social media commercials. The golfer will also team up with the prediction markets specialist for a variety of live activations and some exclusive branded content.

DeChambeau Lauded Kalshi as a True Innovator

While the financial aspect of the deal wasn’t made public, it is certain to improve Kalshi’s visibility during a time of rapid growth for the prediction markets sector. As a two-time major champion, DeChambeau commands a significant fanbase and social media following.

The athlete also commented on the partnership, expressing strong trust in the product Kalshi is operating and the forecasting opportunities the prediction market provides.

In other news, Kalshi’s CEO, Tarek Mansour, just took a firm stance against insider trading in prediction markets. Mansour firmly rejected insider trading, saying that it is incredibly harmful and could damage the sector’s image.
