The Irish market may have been in slight turbulence these past few weeks, but iGaming platform provider Aspire has all the intention to join the market – whether others intend to leave it or not.
Aspiring to Sports Betting
One of the world’s largest iGaming platform providers, Aspire Global, has announced that the company received a sports betting license from Ireland, a market that continues to add value for bookmakers.
The Irish Office of the Revenue Commissioners, the Tax and Customs Office Department has granted the Swedish company the legal right to break into the sports betting segment by bringing its offer to the table.
As a result, Aspire will be able to bring its own sports betting solutions to the already existing Irish bookmakers who are looking to freshen up their own portfolios. It has been a particularly strong year for Aspire, too, with the company securing a number of licenses, allowing it to gain purchase well across Europe – with both established and emerging market under its belt now.
The company has secured deals in Italy, Portugal, and even Belgium and Denmark. At the same time, the sports betting solutions are now also available in two of the continent’s strongest and most mature markets – the United Kingdom and Malta.
The company is equally excited to be able to reach out to as many customers and bring something of value to them, Aspire executive Tsachi Maimon said.
.We are excited to add an Irish sports license to our portfolio, expanding the sports vertical to yet another regulated market and enabling our partners to target new audiences through a wider offering.
According to Mr. Maimon, the company will now focus on growing in regulated markets and incentivizing existing and new bookmakers to select Aspire’s platform to carry out their spots betting activities.
BetRegal, for example, has decided to switch up to Aspire, ending a partnership with another provider, which partly testifies to the professionalism and quality of the iGaming company’s product. But apart from advertising products well, the company has been particularly successful in its B2B growth in the third quarter of 2018.
The company finished September having amassed £21.8 million in the three months leading up to it. The company’s EBITDA managed to jump by almost 50%, posting strong results as well, and as to first-time deposits, an important metric and indicator of new customers, there have hit almost 100,000 potentially new customers.
I was well aware of Aspire Global’s reputation for providing a world-class white label solution for iGaming operators, combining all core services in one package. – Kollind
Part of the success of the B2B sector was thanks to the company’s new director taking care of the segment. Stepping into his position, Lars Kollind, has driven successful and strong positive results for the company. The addition of Mr. Kollind paired with the achieved results thereafter has demonstrated the ability of Aspire to make strategical decision that boost their overall offer.
Mr. Kollind’s own appreciation of Aspire prior to joining the company has also been quite well-expressed and he was happy to join the executives and help the company build and grow.
