AskGamblers Recovers $3.4M for Players in Q2

AskGambler’s dispute resolution service, the aptly called Casino Complaint Service, has been able to recover $3.4 million for players in the second quarter of 2026, this is the three-month period that ended on June 30.

The dispute resolution center received 4,811 complaints, setting a new records, with 1,563 cases processed successfully, and resolving 1,068 complaints, which was an all-time high for the company. 

Commenting on the outcome, AskGamblers general manager Dijana Radunović had this to add:

“Q2 was an exceptional quarter. Behind every number is a player who came to us looking for help with a problem they couldn’t resolve on their own. Our focus remains the same – helping players get answers, resolving disputes where possible, and encouraging greater accountability across the industry.”

Overall, 3,649 people received assistance from the dispute resolution center, with 1,160 casinos, sportsbooks and affiliates named and contacted as part of the process of returning player complaints.

Once again, casinos made for the bulk of complaints and the money recovered for players this way. To put things in perspective, $3.3 million was recovered from casinos, out of the total of $3.4 million.

By comparison, the second quarter of 2025 saw only $2.3 million recovered this way. The quarterly update also featured the outcome of a bet that previously fetched its owner $2.5 million.

The bet, placed with 1xBet Sportsbook saw the customer unable to access his winnings for close to six months, but was finally resolved with AskGambler’s assistance.
