The latest data from AskGamblers indicates that the AGCS has recovered a total of $74,327,198 for its users. A report released in May revealed that the service had recovered $2,594,789 during the first quarter of 2025, which is nearly two-fifths of the previous year’s total within just three months. Additionally, the AGCS is recovering an average of 53.8% more money per day, securing $28,947.66 daily for users compared to $18,826.63 per day in 2024.

In March, the AGCS surpassed the $70 million recovery mark, coming just over a year after reaching $60 million. Last year, the service recovered an average of $124,481.73 per week and $539,420.83 per month for its users. One notable recent example revolves around The AGCS assisting a user in recovering $110,000, securing the six-figure payout after the individual learned it would take three years to receive their full winnings.

Discussing the service’s latest success and milestone, Danijela Pavlovic, Customer Support Team Lead, explained that in 2009, the team recognized that thousands of players were experiencing difficulties withdrawing funds from online casinos. Since then, the AGCS has worked tirelessly to address these issues for users.

Pavlovic pointed out that the case with the $110,000 recovered for a single user highlights the dedication of the unique AGCS team, which strives to provide a committed and straightforward service for players. Last year, the number of complaints received increased by 28.57% compared to the previous year, with the AGCS team recovering an average of $18,000 per day for users across all languages and affiliate programs, according to Pavlovic.

About AskGamblers

The AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS) acts as a free, impartial mediator between players and online casinos, focusing on resolving disputes involving delayed, withheld, or unfairly confiscated funds. The service launched back in 2009 and has since received over 93,000 submissions, processing over 30,000, and resolving over 23,000.

To maintain credibility and effectiveness, AGCCS only accepts complaints against casinos that are listed and reviewed on the AskGamblers platform. Additionally, users must first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the casino before filing a complaint through the service.

Each case is evaluated on a fact-based basis, relying heavily on supporting evidence such as chat logs, emails, or screenshots. AGCCS upholds strict submission guidelines, rejecting complaints that lack essential details, involve abusive language, are duplicates, or show clear violations of casino terms by the player.
