As a member of the company, Daly will be based in Las Vegas.

Daly Will Support Aristocrat’s Global Growth

In this position, Daly will be tasked with leading and improving the company’s business development and customer experience strategy, boosting Aristocrat’s global growth.

In addition to that, the new hire will develop and execute best-in-class customer journeys in order to attract new clients and renew and expand Aristocrat’s relationship with existing ones.

As SVP of business development and strategic execution, Daly will also explore new market opportunities in order to enhance the success of its long-term customers.

The Appointee Is a Gaming Industry Veteran

Daly is no stranger to the gaming industry, having previously spent 6 years at leading gaming affiliate Catena Media. Daly joined Catena Media in April 2018, initially serving as its general manager for the US. He was later named general manager for the Americas and, eventually, vice president for North America.

Between March 2021 and March 2024, Daly served as Catena Media’s chief executive officer, leading a team of 10 globally dispersed executives and directors. During his time at the head of that company, Daly worked hard to restructure the business to overcome its debts and reinforce its presence in underperforming regions. He also pioneered the integration of AI and other high-tech tools into the business.

Daly’s earlier gaming industry experiences include six years at Bally’s, which he joined in April 2006. During his time with the casino and hospitality operator, Daly occupied a variety of seats, including those of a senior product manager, senior director of field operations, senior director of business development, and senior director of Bally’s Interactive division.

The industry veteran has also spent almost two years as vice president of online gaming at SHFL Entertainment and almost three years as executive vice president of GAN.

In addition to that, Daly’s has served as a gaming consultant, engaging gaming and media organizations of all sizes and helping them expand their footprints in North America and beyond.
